+1 You save the day.. Still worry about it lol.. But I'm can be at ease!

The single 4 pin atx socket on the MB is optional. Connect your 8 pin eps connector(4x4) to the 8 pin on the MB and that should be enough to power the ryzen 2 even oced to 1.6V vcore(1x4 pin equates to 144watts so 2x4pin = 288watts as per the atx psu specs)
the extra 4 pin socket or 8 pin on some mobos is there for extreme oc'ers on LN2 and require more power FYI.
