I just bought a zenbook UX305UA in less than a week, but realised I need a bigger screen laptop, either a ROG or K series. I am willing to top up the difference. I visited Asus store in Sim Lim Square. They were unwilling to do a upgrade because I registered the warranty. Is there something u can help for a customer?

Poor Asus Service

After I asked Asus customer service if they can help me to upgrade my purchase as the laptop didn't quite meet my expectations. They replied they do not have a trade-in program. The laptop is purchased in just a week and it's ridiculous to say it's a trade in. I'm offended and utterly disappointed in the service I have got.

Why didn't you decide properly first before you make your purchase? The only way now it's try to trade in at shops but you are bound to lose some of the value. It's an expensive lesson for impulsive buying I guess. Also I moved the thread to the Notebook forum instead. The Asus forum is more for PC and components.
