If you're in a rush for a quotation, then just call them. It's not hard. Believe it or not, that's what phones are actually created for.

Just order some items from them through Lazada yesterday. Promise 3 -5 days(no delivery charge). I communication with them via Lazada Messaging. They give a quote through messaging. If the price is right, double click and put in your shopping cart. The only complain that I have is that their respond is very slow. Just be patient.

Before that, I order a monitor and paid extra for next day delivery. Old monitor died, so need a new one fast. Lock down and retail not open.

1st time getting from dynacore and its not very pleasant. they are not responsive, doesnt provide alternatives when items are OOS, seem uninterested on inquiries

My first first experience with Dynacore was just two weeks ago. Abdul was very helpful and fast in responding to my Whatsapp messages. Delivery was delayed for 2 days though, but due to some compatibility issues with the RAM and motherboard. As I was making a simple desktop setup for my mum for just Facebook, Youtube and light documenting, I initially went for 2x4GB of RAM. He gave me the choice to downgrade to 1X8GB or upgrade to 2X8GB of RAM. I eventually went for the downgrade. 20 minutes after hanging up the call to tell him my decision to downgrade, the deliveryman was already outside with my PC.

Overall, a very pleasant first experience with Dynacore. Would definitely go back to them for my future PC buys.

I think they have been busy since the opening of Phase 2. Maybe due to overwhelming customers visiting the store and the launch of B550 motherboard. I just texted Abdul earlier this week to confirm availability for some parts and he managed to reply me within 1~2 hours.

Price was ALMOST same from my experience. I calculated 590SGD from their pricelist, but he quoted me 588SGD. Mine was a very simple setup, so maybe he couldn't bring the price down any further.
