suggest you go to Samsung service centre. NEVER NEVER go to Tai He Electronics in Sim Lim Square #02-88 or #03-87. They are black shops with a bunch of thugs who do not know how to repair your phones. They tell you no warranty so that when you go back to them after even 2 days when the screen turned purple again after repair; they want you to pay extra to change screen again. Scam

What model is it? Galaxy S8 and note 8 onwards can output to external monitor via USB c to HDMI if you need to access the data
