Posted date cheque : Why should it illegal? Not sure on business law.

Cancelled cheque goods delivered : I thought most people wait for cheque to clear before delivery...

Bounced cheque : You should go back to the person who give you the cheque, what do you mean how to deal? If he refuse then you got a case that he is trying to scam you, make a police report.

Cash cheque : Why can't be crossed? Do you know what the cross mean? If you cross then it mean only the person named can get the money.

Cheque with bearer crossed : crossed mean only the person named can get the money, if not crossed mean anybody holding the cheque can get the money.
