Q & M Dental: Taking a bite out of China

In 2010, Q & M entered China through joint venture (JV) partnerships with two dental groups—Dan De Dental in Nanjing and Ayashi in Beijing, in which Q & M holds 50% equity and 30% equity, respectively. These JVs have put a total of seven clinics, one dental centre and one mobile dental clinic in Beijing and Nanjing under Q & M’s belt; all of which are co-branded.

In addition, Q & M announced two memorandums of understanding for JVs with two other dental laboratories—He Cheng Yiwu and Shenzhen New Perfect. Total investments for both JVs, is expected to reach RMB124.5 million (S$25 million). Q & M is on track to reach its goal of 50 dental clinics and 20 dental laboratories in China by 2015.

I didnt read up on Q&M and not sure why suddenly have so many Q&M outlet recently (or probably I am wols). Thus, this is why I didnt go into this company yet.
