For out of warranty units, does anyone know if they charge labour fee before or after repair?

Anyone got the case whereby they charge you labour cost, but didn't repair as intended because they claim it's due to accidental damagdeath?

look at your service request form, there got put all the terms and you signed for it right?

usually they will charge even if they didn't repair, and its called evaluation fee or something.

labour cost is much higher than evaluation fee.

but whatever it is, its stated on the form you signed...

Since it's out of warranty, they'll proceed to repair even it's due to accidental damage
