I think it's time to consolidate every plan QCI into one page so people can make better decisions.

To contribute, you need a rooted Android phone with a Qualcomm modem. Download Network Signal Guru at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.qtrun.QuickTest&hl=en&gl=US and check the QCI value for mobile data (there might be one for voice too, ignore that). Then reply with your plan name (if telco is still selling now), or the price you're paying and the data allowance. TS will be updated with values below.

SingTel:
SingTel SIM Only 5G Enhanced - QCI 8
Zero1 Basic $10 - QCI 9
GOMO 5G $25 - QCI 9
Zym $18 - QCI 9
All SingTel MVNOs can be assumed to be QCI 9

StarHub:
StarHub SIM Only - QCI 140
MyRepublic 5G Plans - QCI 140
StarHub Star Plan - QCI 170 (suspected)
RedOne (unknown plan) - QCI 150
Giga (unknown plan) - QCI 170
eight (trial plan) - QCI 170

Looks like priority on StarHub is StarHub (MNO plans), then MyRepublic 5G (surprise), then RedOne, then Star Plan, Giga and Eight

M1:
Bespoke (old) 30GB for $20 - QCI 9
SurfValue 500MB (bundled with broadband) - QCI 9
Circles - QCI 9

Simba/TPG:



A lower QCI (6 and 7) value means that your data speeds will be faster compared to users with a higher QCI (8 and 9) in crowded locations.

Which is why I was asking which mobile is cheap and good to be rooted so that I can see the QCI.
I potentially may setup wrongly as well.

Yes, i tried everything i know. In the end, give up. Maybe pixel 3 cannot.

Try turning on and off airplane mode, I had to do that on my Redmi Note 7 to get the value.

It was quite a while ago, but Zero1 Basic $10, QCI 9.

Currently on ZYM $18 (previously 6 months free out of 12 month plan) also QCI 9.

Both are 4G plans.

My android phone doesn't have 5G so the QCI is for LTE towers, but I doubt it's any different when connected to 5G towers.

I also put in a UK sim card for testing and got a data QCI of 8 when connected to singtel. wut

To add to this, am curious about the QCI of the so called Priority plan - the $300 one. Theoretically, it should be higher QCI than the other XO plans.

Also, Business plans (not CIS) should have higher QCI.

And if anyone is fortunate enough to get hold of their SIM cards, how about high importance people like our Ministers. Perhaps CEOs, senior management of stat boards and other folks along similar social stratum. Would be interesting to see if they have been given higher priority compared to the rest of us.
