I've tested a couple foreign sims, all of them come up as QCI 9 across the three main networks.


Interestingly, Airtel India has a IMS AMBR of 208mbps while roaming on Singtel.

Singtel usual IMS AMBR is 1.0mbps.

Usually volte only requires 50kbps, and telcos usually set assign IMS AMBR under 1mbps.

The prioritisation of Starhub is as follows


Starhub 5G Platinum = Starhub 5G Unlimited+ = MyRepublic 5G (QCI 140)
> Swap Mobile = CUniq = MyRepublic $10 4G (QCI 150)
> Eight = giga (QCI 170)

So far there are no data points on Starhub Prepaid but my guess is QCI 140.

That is a good question.

I tend to think Eight 5G and Starhub Prepaid 5G have the same priority (lowest among Starhub 5G networks), lower than the new Starhub 5G Lite plan and other Starhub 5G Unlimited+ plans.
