UHD is the resolution. ultra high definition 8k resolution.
QLED is the display panel technology. it emit brighter and more color accuracy and no burn-in risk.

When comparing QLED vs UHD TV, it's key to understand that they refer to different aspects of television technology:

Definitions: Resolution vs Display Technology

UHD (Ultra High Definition) refers to the resolution—typically 4K (3840Ɨ2160 pixels), offering four times the detail of Full HD. It ensures sharp and clear visuals, especially on larger screens. LenovoWikipedia

QLED (Quantum Dot LED) refers to the display technology, not the resolution. It's an enhancement layer—quantum dots—over an LED backlight that significantly improves color accuracy and brightness. TechRadarTom's GuideWikipedia
