Qn > Wedding Suit

Hi all, need some comments and suggestions from all the fashionister.

I just did my suiting last week with the bridal shop. Unfortunately due to limited suits available, I have chosen a grey 3 piece suit with shawl lapel. The lapel is not satin finish, and I'm wondering whether will it look too old fashion/uncle. My fiancée said I looked mature in that but I'm just a little uncomfortable with it as I did not have any experience in wearing suit with shawl lapel before.

Any comments on the above? And wondering will a tie make it look more complicated?
