Qoo10 payment

When you order something from qoo10 and you have received the parcel you're supposed to click on "confirm delivery" so that the payment will be released from qoo10 to the seller. What happens if one doesn't?

After a certain period (not sure how long, 2 weeks? Those who know please confirm...), qoo10 will treat it as delivered and release the payment. You will see the confirm delivery button disappear.

I see.. Thanks. But if let say there is a dispute (eg. refund) between buyer and seller and it is not resolved in say 2 weeks like you've mentioned will Qoo10 still continue to release payment to the seller?

If got dispute then I believe it will obviously be held by qoo10 until it is resolved. This is assuming you are going through the qoo10 system for your refund and they are well aware of the dispute, not a private arrangement between seller and buyer.

speaking from experience, i suggest paying through paypal for future transactions. bought something which didn't reach me after two weeks. seller/qoo10 was slow to respond to claims so i raised a dispute with paypal instead. that prompted the refunds to be processed fast.

Always good to read reviews first to make sure they do fast delivery. I've purchased from nonsense sellers they declare on Qoo10 that they shipped out but in reality they only shipped out 2 weeks later... Qoo10 prices are low, but the trade off is that their customer service sucks and refunds are hard to get (unless you use paypal)
