Hi all, can anyone advise on the following matters. I tried to check with my agents but find the explanation very vague or not really able to contact the agents.

1. Aia smart savers awards, I received a 2k cheque after paying for about 3 yrs. iirc I can either deposit the cheque to my savings acct or pay into my premium but which one should I do? If pay for premium hw to go abt itcpd I already pay

2. Max assure link: bought this policy and pay like nearly over 20 k plus for past 10 yrs. bt the fund I saw only like got 9k or 10k. Checking with ocbc agent is always I should put longer and not withdraw now as will suffer losses. Have stop paying the premium as understand is not mandatory. Bt what should be the correct way?

3. Enhanced public housing contents insurance 5 year plan

Anyone sigup for this plan is it worth to sign up for?

1. Either way will do. Because after all, it is your money. They dont have the option to put back into the fund and earn a revealing interest rate?

2. If it is a ILP, it is always advisable to hold till maturity. But if the fund is not been performing well, you can consider to switch the fund instead of terminate/lapse the policy. After all, it has a insurance coverage.

3. Housing Content insurance is often offered by Bank. you need to understand that in insurance, some is good to have, while some is not necessary to have.

If you have any other query, please do PM me :)
