Query on why Thread is locked for no reason

Can Smods enlighten members on why my thread has been locked? I was shocked to see it locked. I can see that a bunch of pro-China trouble-makers came into my thread to fight and quarrel with other members on purpose.

They threw insults and allegations and fought with others because they were angry about the news in China being reported in EDMW.

If the mods have a problem with such fighting, the thread should not be penalized as the rest of us are innocent and the effective way to control it is to penalize and ban those trouble makers while also ensuring other members peacefully discussing and thread starter don't suffer injustice.

Also certain members came in and posted misinformation and untruths, which is not really bad (since it happens all the time) as long as the platform remains open for others to correct those misinformation and lies, but one mod locked the thread for no reason other than after certain pro-China trouble-making members came in. This allows the misinformation posted to be corrected and remaining there then thread locked, giving the misinformation validation.

why isit locked?
because it be derailed by squabbling.

folks who derail has been warned and one of then is still banned now.

This is EDMW, folks on both side on the debate need to grow a thicker skin.
if you guys cant handle EDMW and want to keep reporting on each other, we will do the most approriate action, given the high volume post in EDMW.
