Query - Unrestricted Elective Module (Msc)

Hi all can ask u guys.. for unrestricted elective module, is it i can just go to modreg and search for any relevant mod for my work then apply for it.. so long as the offering school and our school accepts, it's considered as unrestricted elective mod?

Btw how do i know the offering school allows external school students to register for it? (Asking so I don't waste my registration option)

Can check luminus - they would state if there are special condition or pre reg etc.
