Question about Cybermind return policy

Hi all,

I bought a gaming mechanical keyboard from there last night. Unfortunately when reach home, I found out that it doesn't work on a Mac. Important keys like backspace and enter not recognised.

Do you know if Cybermind entertain goods exchange?

They have 1 month direct exchange policy, after a month you will RMA with distro.

Your gaming keyboard got indicated compatibility with Mac OS?

backspace are generic and independent from OS. if it work on a windows should work on a Mac
