Question About Forum Functionality

Have a few questions about the current and future forum functions...

1. Does the forum allow tagging of member names? Eg. @Alphidius inside a thread will allow me to search my name directly to the post where I was tagged or a highlight to that post. I assume there is no such feature right now but would there be such a feature in the future? This can be useful to bring specific people attention where needed without flooding their private messages.
2. How about hashtags? Does it work inside the forum? I don't assume so but if the hashtag can become a link to search posts with similar hashtag would be a useful feature, you can see the trending hashtags as well, e.g. #iphone8launch #iphone10anniversary useful for marketing.
3. Reporting inappropriate posts has a huge chunk of text area, would there be consideration to have a drop down menu to select the different offensive categories? E.g. something similar like Facebook when you report something offensive or inappropriate.
4. Better visibility and function to allow non Deluxe members to sign up for Deluxe membership. I can't seem to find where to sign up. Anyone can provide a link to the application page? Maybe an online promotion or discount event every now and then would be good.

oh, and the mandarin fonts, can default bigger? the default small font size is hard to read.
