I stay in north n tried both ways...

I will say It depends on the jam at checkpoints and where is ur start point. If just go by distance from both checkpoints assuming no jam, JB CIQ-EDL-E2 is much faster and cheaper than going by Tuas. The only worry at woodlands is the jam, but that can be avoided by crossing over early.

What you say is true but on the average, 2nd link is actually faster.

But then there are many factors to consider...

Going there next week. Just to confirm that the jonker night market still open right?

Anyone knows if the bus tic from Melaka bus terminal to sing will be hard to get? I tried to purchase a round trip from five stars but the counter staff told me the return tix can be bought from the bus terminal.
I'm looking at the evening bus timing as I won't be spending a nite there. Had tried to place booking online but the timing was not in my favour, seeking help here.
Thanks in advance!!

if you are leaving on Sunday from Melaka to Singapore, likely the ticket is difficult to get because most of the time the tickets are sold out very fast...

Thanks everyone for the tips. Got the tix for return when I reached Melaka Sentral. Buying tix from there is cheaper and more choices but would discourage taking 707. Made a big detour around JB to drop off passengers or stopping somewhere to wait for someone dunno for wat.

starmart is 27 seater, sri maju is 21 seater, so, those with less seats meaning the seats is bigger, so, you will be more comfortable
