Since they are quite near. Stay one night at each hotel. Just a bit troublesome maybe to some.

A bit troublesome but nice idea. I have 3 nights, so can consider.

Tried calling easybook today, nobody pick up. Need to sort out the bus thing first. Correction on my earlier post. Returning coach is called Superior Coach.

You can try calling the bus company. Easybook may not handle it. In any case, Easybook is at High Street, where you can visit them.

I was once told that if you book through Easybook and later need to make any changes, you can call the coach company to ask about availability and such. But at the end of the day, Easybook still has to approve the changes before the coach company can do anything.

I'd suggest calling the coach company first, then if Easybook still doesn't answer your calls after, be prepared to pay them a visit.

Looks like going online to make a booking is simple, but if you need to make changes later ... :s22:

I'm personally reconsidering my habit of online coach booking, especially if the coach company's office is within easier reach. :o

This looks like the residential block within the premises of the Swiss-Garden Hotel & Residences.

Interesting! :)

Looks nice.

Just that it is not walking distance from my favourite hunt.

Where's your favorite haunt? :)

I stay near Jonker and walk to The Shore (I love the Mr DIY there), as well as to places around Mahkota Parade.

there are some complaints on the lift for the Shore.. only 3 lift serving the residence, hotel guest and the shopping mall.

The shopping mall is only a few floors, so the lifts are not that major.

I think it's just on public/school holidays that they can't really support the crowd efficiently.

You are so right. I also think next time i rather go direct to the coach company. Its not like online is cheaper.

I called up easybook, they say they only provide platform to purchase coach tickets, want to change, gotta call the coach company. Ok, lapan lapan say no problem, on day of departure, just go to the ticket booth before boarding to inform them. They say it is the same bus going to equatorial and hatten.

Coming back, superior also say i just wait for the bus at hatten because the bus go to hatten first then to equatorial. The driver's record will still show i am supposed to pick up at equatorial so when i board at hatten, just inform him.

BUT, after reading more hotel reviews, i am inclined to remain at equatorial. Seems sevice is better. Only issue is a older hotel but still clean. Hatten is new but there are issues with lift slow and breakfast over crowded during peak seasons and service poor.

Just as well that you've decided not to change hotel.

Looking at this return arrangement, something came to mind. There's a risk because, if no one else is in the driver's record to be leaving from Hatten, the coach might not even stop there at all.

No worries, the Residence have its own lift serving. You can head to level 27 to view the night scenes as well.

Nothing in particular. Mostly my favourite makan in Jonker Street and shopping in Palawan Mall. :s13::s13::s13:

Haha.. Jonker Street is just within walking distance (15mins walks). there are also water taxi available.

Yes, Pahlawan Mall is a good shoping paradise, with is latest addition of quite some good brands into the mall.

Yeah, I "land" in Dataran Pahlawan almost daily, whenever I'm in Melaka. :s13:

Great to know that there's new addition to the Palawan Mall. My last trip was December 2013. I miss my chicken rice, maybe going again soon.:s13:
