oh.. thought its sembawang training centre.. yeah got vocation.. dept IC somemore..

btw if go back bmt recourse need to strip rank?
Frankly speaking, if lets say u r doing admin work now as a PES E personnel. Being PES C you still can do it, so probably wouldn't have to recourse BMT.

Last time I met those recourse BMT 1 on the ferry to tekong. They still wear rank. They POP they shout ORD

Just a question, if a person got up pes to pes C, he needs to go to sembawang training centre or he RTU (return to unit) after 4 weeks at tekong?

if u didnt enlist as pes C, u only go through the 4 weeks at tekong after which u will return back to ur own unit.

really PES E up to PES C need to recourse???

Yes. They have to go for recourse. but that depends on duration left in service too. I have 3 men that up from PES E to C. only 2 went for BMT recourse while the 3rd one didnt have enough time for BMT recourse as he was only left less than 2 mths in service when he was upped PES

Don't need to remove rank. And for recourse, it is more slack than those that just enlist one. as the sgt knows u all lao jiao liao so cant scare u all lol.
