Question about posting order

I got posted to 2 SIR.I was wondering if it would be possible to get posted out of it?A friend of mine told me that in his company people who got posted to infantry got posted out of it because the commander thought it would be a waste to post enhanced leadership batch people to infantry.Is this true?would it be possible to get posted out? (Im from enhanced leadership batch too)

What u get... is what u be doing for the rest till ORD and ICT...

Well... your friend in the same unit as u? The CO or OC still the same?

Final decision on the CO or OC... u can try to feedback but whether u piss them off or not...

Not same unit.But does that mean CO has the power to post people out for such a reason?I really dont want to go infantry so I'm trying to see if there's really a chance.This thing really getting me depressed as ****.

What makes you think enhanced leadership batch is too good to be in infantry?

You kena posted there, unless medical reason to kena posted out, I believe it's highly unlikely to kena posted out one.

Different commander has different view. Unless you have a strong reason you want to post out. Go talk to your oc.

Otherwise they tell you don't bother, raise to pers take don't know how many weeks. Plus the approval and endorsement bla bla. When u reach new unit about to ORD. The officers will tell you don't waste their time.

I was from PTP and my OC said my coy is enhanced leadership. BP also got enhanced leadership batch. It depends on intake I guess

i don't think is "enhanced" cause enhanced should refer to non PTP.

My brother BMT is from enhanced leadership batch which is the reason why I know it.

The stupid thing is they don't guarantee you to be posted to command school.

Majorly of my brother batch end up become a man.

If you go command school as SCT or OCT, you are expected to become a 3SG or 2LT after passing out from the course.

If SAF intend to have 'enhanced leadership batch', then we expect that majorly of RECs should guarantee to end up in command school after BMT.

However this is not the case which is the reason why I say it is stupid to come out with 'enhanced leadership batch' name that serve no purpose.
