This 20 May i have a online assesment what i need to prepare on that day, how long does the duration. After that what will happen like what comes next step in order? Step by step process, so at least i know. Is the panel interview base online or face to face?
May i know at the moment working shift for ica i heard some 12hrs some say 8 or 10hrs? Pls help me reply my question pls thank you

Hi there... Congrats by the way... There is nth much to prepare for The online assessment as it's testing your thinking analysis and your mental stability...so just read thru the questions and think and ans to your best ability. And it follows by psychometric test which is the last part..it's almost 2hrs of online assessment..once u pass thru this maybe u are will be called up for 1-1 video interview with the ica psychologist.. and then if u are selected they will call u up for a panel interview

22 march - submitted the form
29 march - Formal Phone call Interview by HR
5 Apr 2022- Online assessment session + Psychometric test
12 Apr 2022- 1-1 video interview with the psychologist
29 Apr 2022- Online panel Interview
5 May 2022- Submitted Documents
6 May 2022- Received email to attend medical screening

It is generally nothing that you can prepare for. Just be yourself and answer to what resonates with you.

There is hardly any point in wanting to know more on something totally unknown or unpredictable.

Best to focus on yourself and what you know.

I just completed my medical on Friday. Although I’m worried that my past mental health condition would affect the outcome :/

Not yet, what about you? Seems that my blood test went fine since they didn't ask me to take another round though.

The clinic send me a letter saying that my iron is very low In my blood... hopefully it doesn't affect my employment selection right? After that Ica called me to submit my cpf contribution history and stuffs
