the 'K' in the processor is meant for overclocking, get the ones without 'K' if you are not overclocking.

same for MB if you not overclocking, drop Z series for H or B series.

Can PM Fortran, indicate usage scenarios, budget and preferences if any (color scheme or whatever).

The build is okay and looks you have researched it thoroughly selecting latest Intel Skylake CPU.

Overclocking is ok too and K processors are worth it in the long term if they are within your budget.

You can go PCthemes in Sim lim to fix the PC too.

hi, thanks for the reply.

does anyone know the price to fix @ PCThemes?
How much are you going to spend on this PC inclusive of everything?

Any preference for colour scheme? E.g. Black with White/Red/Blue/Green/Gold/etc…
Need any of these?

Windows
WiFi adapter

PC to be placed on table or floor?
Which internet provider plan and router are you using now?
Is your home in a relatively new apartment built in the past 8 years?
How far is your upcoming PC located from the router?
Any obstruction between router and PC’s path?
