Question: Is this normal? CPU fan delay

Hi everyone, just want to check is this normal? the CPU fan has some delay on startup..

Power on around 4 sec, the fan took 2 jerks before full blasting..

Is the fan alright? or need to get after-market cooler fan?

Normal. Its most likely just the mobo power cycling, nothing to worry about, as long as your fan spins when POST 99% its working fine.
