Besides, using an extremely outdated Xeon processor with a ton of threads doesn't improve the performance of server applications that don't use more than four threads. If a server application runs ONLY up to four threads, you'll never get as good performance from a four-thread CPU from 'server-grade' components compared to a mainstream CPU.
If you think a 'server-grade' CPU based on Intel 4th-gen Haswell will perform better than a server based on a Ryzen 8000 APU, I think it's time to wake up. Times have changed, and people shouldn't hold onto their beliefs; they should start seeing things logically.
The trend of selling dedicated servers with mainstream CPUs is increasing rapidly simply due to the demand. You can see the prices for yourself. In fact, the only reason to go for dated 'server-grade' components is that if you are ABSOLUTELY broke.

Server-grade components MAY come with very specific features. However, there is always a way to work around and configure them to achieve the same result.
In reality, many people do see the pros of using these Ryzen APUs to run servers because of their power efficiency and strong individual core performance, which makes them extremely versatile for different types of server applications, whether they are massively or lightly multithreaded.
Next, if you want something close to these modern architecture CPUs that are also a 'server-grade' component, you would look at EPYC 4th Gen processors, which are about 4x the cost or even higher.
