Sorry if this is the wrong place to post, im not very sure.

Anyway, has anyone purchased electronics frm lazada.sg recently? Can share your experieces with that company?

1. DO they honor delievery time?
2. Any troubles etc..

Thats becuase im looking at the palit 970 jetstream.

Prices look very attractive sia, but i dont know if can trust this company or not.

Order from lazada is easy.But their courier service is lousy (NO SHOW).Tracking status show delivered.But item not receive yet.I am now facing this problem. had email them to cancel this order.

Update: My father received the item yesterday night at 9pm.email them will Not cancel the order.

Actually delivery is abit depends kn luck one bah... If high volume, then its abit unpredictable. I got my gtx970 within 4 days of purchase from taqbin. No sms or call, luckly my mum is at home to accept the package

This is my experience from recent Lazada sale @ 12/12:

1. Samsung Note 4 battery Kit - arrived on 15/12 via TAQ-BIN

2. LG G3 - arrived on 17/12 via FedEx (from HK)

3. Samsung Note 4 - not arrived yet. However, Lazada order tracking shows that it has been delivered. Called up TAQ-BIN and they confirm not deliver yet. They need to go find the parcel. If lost, they will claim insurance and perform the refund back to me

clearly a noob. If u use google and type Convergent Systems or probably put on ur spec when visiting hardwarezone. u will see Convergent have a sub forum here.

And probably the best distributor i ever encountered.

Its okie if u don't trust. Get ur stuffs from Amazon. guarantee can trust them.

On Monday, received conflicting information from email and tracking service.
Email said delivery within the next 2-3 working days, 11am-8pm.
Tracking said within 1-3 working days, 10am-6pm.

On Tuesday, received sms and email notification after their delivery hours, saying that they were coming.
But they didn't turn up.

Today is the third day and no updates since then. Also, their order tracking occasionally doesn't work.

coz the discount is more than SLS, but delivery kinda hit and miss...
coz LAZADA dun delivery on SAT/SUN, weekdays no one at home, only available after 7pm(all working adults)...

Lazada is just an office with Staffs & PCs.
They got no warehouse to stock products so you cannot Self Collect there.

If you miss the delivery on Weekdays, can always request the Ta-Q-Bin or Ninja Van to re-delivery during Weekends
