Question on apple express replacement

Damn sian dropped my 2 month old 10.5 inch ipad pro today, somehow dislodged itself from my smart keyboard and ended up crashing on a concrete floor...

Camera lens cracked quite badly along with other damages, but got applecare+ so thinking of using the apple express replacement to replace my ipad, but curious if they will more likely give brand new unit or refurbished one, a bit sian to get refurbished unit so just wanted to know what to expect...

TS - no need to worry about refurbished unit; it's as good as a new one - you won't be able to tell the difference.

No difference from brand new and refurbished. Anyway no company will give u a brand new 1. Unless they lazy repair. But even so also is refurbished 1.

Absolutely! Last Nov my 6+ got bricked upgrading to 10.2. Lucky I had AppleCare+, I asked for express replacement service, got my refurbished 6+ within 2 days. Only difference is the box it came in. The refurbished phone looked brand new.
