Question on SQ flight upgrade using miles

any expert know how much it cost (number of miles) to upgrade from a paid premium econ seat to biz class seat return flight SIN- Europe cities (say LHR or ZRH) and how to request upgrade? Is it possible to do it online or only through their call centre? How likely is the availability to upgrade and how soon will know?
