Question: Ram spoil?

i have 8GB ram but in win8.1 only 7.79GB usable.

Is this normal?

Maybe it changed the way it is reporting

Mine wrote 8.0GB

I don't have that "secure boot" msg either.

Update removes the "Windows 8.1 SecureBoot isn't configured correctly" watermark in Windows 8.1 and Windows Server 2012 R2
