Hey guys, I’m having issue coping with PES B1 NS due to a medical condition where I’m unable to run or jog, whenever I try to, I feel a surge of intense pain.

I’ve been to hospital A&E and referred to specialist. However the specialist was only able to write a memo which is deemed “not serious enough” by the MO to be sent to the medical board for review but serious enough to get 55+ days of RMJ, LD and HL. I’m currently waiting for another review by the specialist but it’s 5 weeks later. I was wondering if there’s anyway to bring up the matter and get onto the medical board as this has been causing me a lot of sleepless night and stress.

Ask for a specialist report not a memo

Can’t get a specialist report just yet as I’ve a follow up bone scan a month from now and 2 weeks wait after that to get a review from specialist. By the time I do that BMT would have already been over and I would have missed all the high key activities.

Is your excuse over? If not why will it cause you a lot of sleepless night and stresss? They forced you to run?

My peers look down on me because of my statuses
I’m frustrated at the fact that I can’t do anything in my position
I don’t know what my future holds (OOC,Recourse?)
I don’t mind recourse but the fact that I’ll never be able to catch up if I’m still at PES B stresses me out
Will I be able to get the PES status that I’m supposed to have or am I suppose to “endure”

I’ve to endure all the stares and disapproval of both my peers and commanders till I get OOCed+Recourse or Down PES which bugs me

To be honest, the way you are describing stuff ain't helping. Can understand why your peers look down on you.

Since you do not have the status to out of course but there are medical condition to warrant excuse 55+ days of RMJ, LD and HL and pending for review to see specialist, you are not here and there that could be one of the cause that lead you to sleepless night and stress.

Talk to your PC about this and see what advice or instruction he give you. Request for a OOC status because if you chiong so hard but end up OOC, it will be a waste to bear with the pain and activities that cause you more harm.

i would say just ignore reddevil, hes kinda active in these forums but provide unhelpful comments, often answering questions with other non-relevant questions.

55days rmj is almost a definite OOC.just ooc and get posted to unit.
ur unit will send u to bmt again.

keep renewing your status with every specialist followup.

typically, the MO have to give u the excuse from the day u show them the memo to 2weeks after your next appointment.

in the army, even all your arm and legs are amputated, ppl will still look down on u and feel u chaokeng. so suck it up. you chose this path.

If your post is indeed so helpful and mine is indeed so unhelpful, there isn't a need to call it out, cause the reader would have known.

There is a difference between telling the person what the person wants to hear and managing expectations.

answer the god damn question rather than answer it with another useless question.

your antics are getting very annoying.
