[QUESTION] Rig Keep On Restart

hi all.. his cpu currently liddat when i asked him to update BIOS and drivers.

and for updates, he mentioned can play CS:GO casually (idk what he meant) but once he start playing online tournament or something then it will restart.

is the mobo still on warranty? if yes send for RMA. if no, ask him if he waana change his spoil system to new system.

yea it's under warranty. he called an IT engineer and he said most likely GPU or PSU problem. haha..

some PC may have problems when using front usb ports.....maybe can try without plugging anything to front usb ports.....

apparently asked him to try using iGPU then no restarts in CS:Go. so confirmed GPU fault?

Or this is heat issue???? You have aircon and he does not????

his room also have aircon, haha.. that's why very puzzled with this problem. first time encountering.

i nv tried that coz we stayed quite far away from each other and no time to meet up too. the key issue is can play CS:Go offline but cannot play CS:Go online. i find this a bit joke. offline and online gaming got affect GPU that much?

i dusted for him less than a month ago. so shouldn't be that problem.
