should i make an official request to admin to remove this fellow's dp avatar?

cos i realise alot of edmw people is mistaken me for him,
n often whack me becos of the posts he make or diss people.

i got send pms and reply to him to change or use other dp avatar
to avoid confusion n mistaken identity of him and me, hack care me.

cos many people just see bwaysai and the buaya dp avatar
straight away think is me le.

how? can like that ask admin mod arnot?

or can mod help me just remove his dp avatar straightaway?

nope - mine upgraded to change to CNY cai shen ye - this dp avatar lxixvxe jie jie do for me one.

last time one got bsg then csi add santa claus hat then cny one lxixvxe jie jie do this one for me before he retire from edmw go back to sbc do working fulltime

you don't have to change, you just have to bear with it lor.

Don't think got rules stating cannot use that dp.

How? His avatar isn't inappropriate, he is free to use whatever image he wants. Just like how people put Vijay's face as avatar, but we all know the user isn't Vijay.

Also nationality isn't a factor here. Not sure why you want to bring that in.

I think there is too much similarities with the other account. Not only is the avatar the same except of orientation, even the account's nick name is similar.

That account gave me the impression that it was created to impersonate as TS's clone and probably tried to get TS P-banned.

I feel there is just cause for TS to raise this issue up.

Actually I thought TS can simply just change his/her DP.

In terms of being banned, when people report post, the admin/mods will know who the culprit is.

It's not only about the DP. This is more of a case i feel someone is trying in impersonate him. And also as the first one to use that particular picture, why should he be the one to change when someone else is deliberately copying and using his picture with the intention to mislead?

It's like you copy my work and I have to self penalize myself and change my work so that it is different from yours. Your logic is extremely flawed.

And let's say TS changed his pic, the other fella will simply just use the exact same picture again, there is no end to this.

Mods should look into this case.

1) To be fair, both are old accounts. Not newly registered.

2) There are a couple of similar accounts with Mike in them. I certainly do not hold a copyright to this nick.

3) If the other party is trying to be funny or spoof, just click the report button.

1) irrelevant whether it's old account or new account. The main point is I feel someone is trying to impersonate TS to be a clone.

2) How similar? do they use the same profile how would you feel?

5)equitable solution will be for TS to report that account and for mods to look into it. Why should TS change his profile pic when someone copies his? He change it, that person is just going to copy it again since there is nothing to stop him from doing it, that's my point.
