I’m landing in Narita T1 at 1710hrs , my next flight is at T2 1855hrs to Fukuoka . Is it doable ?

1hr45min transit seems like plenty of time, are you on one ticket or on seperate tickets?

Separate ticket , my concern is because I need to collect luggage and recheck in , I’m on SQ to Tokyo then changing to domestic airline JAL, then now I realize it’s diff terminal hence a bit worried

You could bought direct ticket to fukuoka via sia.

Well you need to go through customs and collect your luggage and do customs screening. If you have not selected your seats yet - choose a forward seat so you are among the earliest off the plane. Then you need to do a shuttle bus transfer to T2 as well.

Get the check in staff at Changi to check your bags thru to Fukuoka.

If can't do thru check in, your timing is not really doable. You won't be able to check in in time for the domestic flight on JAL.

I don't think SQ will check TS' bags through to Fukuoka when he only bought tickets with SQ to Tokyo.

SQ and JAL are also on different alliance - there is no way SQ will check TS' bags to Fukuoka if the domestic leg from Tokyo to Fukuoka is on JAL.

No I meant JAL.... TS' domestic flight is on JAL.

JAL and SQ are on different alliance... so they won't even help each other. If TS bought domestic tickets on ANA, maybe there's a chance since ANA is on same alliance with SQ.... Was I wrong anywhere?

No, you’re not wrong. Yup, not codeshare too so it’s not possible to check it through. Most likely OP has to reschedule to a later flight if s/he missed the domestic flight.
