Is it legit? It's a binary option broker, so it's basically betting on coin flips; and it's based in Cyprus, which is notorious as a light-touch regulatory jurisdiction. You're literally sending your money to a bunch of blokes sitting in an office building in Nicosia, and there's not a lot to stop them running off with it.
