Hi,I am currently in ns and I applied last year and have already accepted NTU Math's offer. Just asking if I apply this year, do I still hold the NTU offer if I am offered another course in NUS/SMU?

Yep, you will still have your place in NTU Maths until you accept the offer from another uni.
