Does using psu extension cables causes degradation in anyway? Like higher ripples etc? As I have an SF leadex 2 psu which the original cables has caps on the ends.. Does using extension affect the overall quality?

No diff. Extension is just making the cable longer (and more beautiful as they are sleeved usually). The caps still work. Just imagine it that the wire extend its length. That's all.

Depends on many factors, wire awg, extension length, cable temps, PSU and how heavy is the load I guess.

In my case, there was noticeable fluctuation in the voltage of the common power rails especially when the extensions were warmed such that it affected GPU stability sometimes so I removed them, maybe ownself sleeve the original cables next time.

Pretty much bacon causes cancer but we still eat bacon :s13:.
