There's no 3rd party adapters and powerbanks available that supports quick charge 2.0. You can only rely on the original adapters that comes with ur phone, though you are able to use other quick charge chargers from htc or motorola or samsung..

Qualcomm has released a section on 3rd party compatible charging devices which might be useful..

hopefully they can swim onto our shore soon..
