Quick Query on PS Plus

Hi all, just got a PS4, but I was reading about PS plus and am a little confused:
- Games that I have bought or free PS plus games on my US PSN account would be playable on my Asia PSN account too?
- I only have PS Plus on my US PSN account, will the PS Plus features like multiplayer gaming be enabled for my Asia PSN account?
