Quiet and dustfree case?

Hi all, I'm sick of all the dust that accumulates inside my PC and realize it gets pretty loud at times.

thinking of getting the Corsair 550D first for the dust filter and sound dampening, before I change my internals at end of year.

what are your opinions of the case? Any other alternatives? And where can buy? Ty in advance, cheers

there is no dust free case...
you need good filters like demciflex

and also you have to see what fan you using, if you are using a high rpm fan there will be definitely more dust and sound.

i suppose u are using stock AMD cooler for your current rig?
if yes then its normal, its known that the AMD stock cooler are noisy, if you want cheap alertnative you can always buy CM 212+ or those entry lvl coolers e.g CM 101
which runs way better and less noise

Personally, don't think there is any dust free case. As long as there is an opening, dust in the air will get in. With good filters, you can filter out most of it, but then again, you will need to constantly replace/ wash the filters as it will be covered with a layer of dust after sometime.

Dust filters and placement of casing will help u minimize dust build up in ur case and internal components. Get lower rpm fans to solve the noise issues. Sometimes too much dust accumulate will also the fans to spin louder.

Had a look at that, not bad might consider the R4 too..

But anyone knows if the windowed version will be louder than the non-windowed??

Positive airflow cases like the ft series? Though I don't have first hand experience with those.

Cut a section of pantyhose and put the fan filter inside and tie both ends. Ensure that there is sufficient tension so that it will not suck in by the fan.
