If my phone got no inbuilt fm radio. what accessory can help it get radio without internet?

You will need to get a headset (most likely Bluetooth) with FM radio receiver.

Sony has a few such models but it isn't cheap, about $1xx
The older models will be cheaper but does not support Bluetooth 4.0 LE

Aiyah, just buy a small walkman radio. $49 settle liao. Why spend so much money on Bluetooth FM radio headset? I got one old Sony model one that is the size of two AA battery. Put in pocket hardly notice it is there.
