Raid 5 NAS issue

Hi all
I have a problem here setting up my Raid 5 NAS
I have encounter 1 disk fail and replaced a new HD
The next day another HD fail and my NAS seem to be offline
Status shown was Slot 1 Unknown A new disk replaced yesterday
Slot 7 BAD status
I have change slot 7 disk and my nas seem not detected at all it offline and not recording at all.

When you first replacing a failing drive, did the NAS rebuilt the RAID before another drive failed? RAID 5 tolerant one failing disk only.

Really bad luck. Sounds like rebuild was not complete before 2nd disk failure. Hope you have backup
