From the second week on wards, I will be using the JR Pass 7 days to travel from Tokyo -> Kyoto -> Hiroshima -> Tokyo.

So what pass can i use on the first week?

Only within Tokyo? To be frank, unless you are on Super Budget mode just pay per ride or use pasmo/suica. There are passes but either not worth it or limited to certain companies so it can be annoying to plan your journey by skipping companies that aren't covered.

I find the Yurikamome One-Day Open Ticket
(Ichinichi Josha-ken) of value. The line is expensive. With the pass can hop off and on around odaiba.
Other than that I just used the pasmo/suica used a combination of yamanote, metro and buses.

it is good if u are staying near a metro or subway station, and the places u are visiting are accessible by metro or subway.

personally, i wouldnt go for any passes within the tokyo. coz some of the places are more accessible by JR trains while others by metro or subway. dun want to restrict myself to either one. the savings from using the pass isnt a lot, if any at all if u are visiting just 1-2 places a day.
