eh i also no cook b4. next weekend will be my first try LOL~~~
uncle ssrr youtube beedios and asked 老一辈 how to cook. so far, have rough concept. i think quite easy leh. my ingredients are based on 观众要求。can 自由发挥。I cooking for 4 pax.


Ingredients

大白菜-----发菜---- 蘑菇---- broccoli---- yam---- 白萝卜

罐头鲍鱼-----罐头鲍贝-----scallop-----红虾-----fish maw

johnsonville 香肠-----bobo cheese tofu-----meatball

1/4 烧鸭, 后腿-----烧肉----- 蚝干

Preparation

wash, chop to desirable size.

Soup Base
Boil water add sugar. cook 蘑菇，yam, 白萝卜，蚝干，fish maw, meatball, cheese tofu until whichever cooked, 捞起即可。

Blanch

blanch broccolli. 罐头鲍鱼，罐头鲍贝 no open. put inside 中火 boiling water 10 min. pour hot water over 发菜 and scallop till cooked.

Pan Fry

pan fry de 香肠 till cooked. i still thinking want to pan fry de prawn 1 min or steam de.

摆 盘

大白菜 cut to pot height. scoop out middle part. put pot centre. Fill de bottom with remaining 大白菜. Then everything 摆 swee swee inside de pot.

上 菜

pour de 罐头鲍鱼，罐头鲍贝 zhup in.
pour de cooked soup base in. or can use collagen soup packet.
小火 simmer 10 min. drizzle some 花雕酒 upon serving.


uncle anyhow testing new dish. so far i cooked for my friends, everybody jiak liao still alive LOL~~~everything should be cooked, place inside b4 de 10 min simmer. But i dont like my prawn to be overcooked. Dont add any salt.
