Hi, anyone have Rakuten Travel telephone nos, I tried find online but failed.

I made hotel reservation from Rakuten today after finish booking surprise me that no confirmation email was sent to me. I check card center transation done.

you can easily log into your account on rakuten and check your booking, and request for a email confirmation online.

Bro kifo, thank for your input. I log-in my account but nothing at all. I actually did not create an account with them, when i wanted to resigter by key-in my email address 'This account already in use'.


i double check my card center the amount is pending, this Rakuten really annoying a simple acknowledgment email also can't sent. Now wait and see....i never encounter such problem from agoda........sian

Very strange. I booked mine for my recent trip last year - one hotel without an account and then another two hotels later with an account. Received all the emails.

Have you checked your spam mail inbox?

Bro thwysg thanks a lot, you are right the confirmation email actually went to my spam mail inbox, very unusual so issue closed.
