ram 3200mhz settings?

Hi i just built a pc for the first time. ryzen 3600 with asrock pro 4 b450. I notice in the bios settings my ram (corsair lpx 16gb 3200mhz) is on auto 2133mhz. I tried to set to xmp profile 3200mhz. My pc keeps getting bsod after using for a while so i revert back to auto and pc is stable again but the speed isn't as advertised. So i manually change it to 2933mhz... the pc boots to a black screen. I went to take out the ram and place in again but it's back to auto 2133mhz. Not sure what to change. Please help.

update bios and choose the lower setting XMP profile.

Thanks i think updating bios did the trick. I chose the one and only xmp profile provided. Seems ok now.
