Ram issue. please help

my computer seems to have an issue. with ram. 4 slot seems to have issue with ram detection. have to resit the ram alot time for it to work

i have 1x 8gb ram and 2x 4gb ram. dont think is ram spoil also. the problem persist even when i switch my ram around to different slot.

even after resitting and it works. the problem will come back again (kena BSOD) den next restart tell u which ram slot got problem again.

is this mobo issue?

What motherboard?

In general, your method of populating 3 slots is a bad idea because you lose Dual-Channel Mode.

I would remove all RAM, clean the pins, and check the RAM slots for any bent pins or corrosion.

If all looks OK, test with 1 stick of RAM at a time. You may have a dead RAM stick.

i tried with 2x4gb ram. other slot also have the issue . need to resit the ram

You can try with just the 8GB stick. If problem persist, then it is MB since it is unlikely both the 8GB and 2X4GB sticks have problems.
