Hi All,
I have the below setup:
MSI B450 Tomahawk (Bios Version E7C02AMS.170)
Ryzen 5 2600
G.Skill Flare X 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 3200 (F4-3200C16D-16GFX)
For whatever reason, Windows seems to limit my RAM to 8GB but both DIMM were recognized in bios.
Brought mobo down to Corbell service centre and technician mentioned that it's due to my updated bios (he mentioned that newer bios has issues with my Ryzen 5 thus causing ram not detected properly). He helped me rollback to E7C02AMS.170 but I'm still facing the same problem.
Tried the following:
Can anyone else help me with this? Screenshot below via msinfo32.

Tried the following:
- updated BIOS to latest stable 7C02v1D
- swap ram sticks into slots (I ensured that the correct ram slots were used)
- tested single ram stick to ensure RAM is working fine (both tested fine)
