Ram / PC upgrade - Advice

Hi bros,

I just overhaul my 4 yrs old pc to msi b85 gaming +i5 4570 + SSD, re-using the following items
- Team DDR3 1333 2gb x2
- Aerocool v12 620watt
- hd 4980 graphic card
- win 8.1 64 bit

Few couples of questions

1. can I use any brand to buy more ram as long it is 1333mhz,
- preferly add another 2gb x2 , add up to total 8gb ram.
- OR buy one 8gb slot together with old 2gb x2, (total 12gb ram)
- OR sell those and buy 1600mhz 8gb x1
- OR 4gb x 2 ?

2. PSU is 4 years old, I think out of warranty? .. should I upgrade to super flower green psu 600w? or continue abit more for 1 or 2 more years.

3. PC casing, using lian li 7. abit boring see same case, which shop in sim lim provide good range of mid tower case display for me to see around?

please advise...

2gbx2 hard sell ba. maybe get a 2x4gb.

upgrade PSU + GPU, (760 + some psu = about 400+)

ikoori, I intend to upgrade to r9 280 or 290 depend on price.

Btw your PSU best is if you can change it. Then probably bundle it together with the gpu.
