RAM Upgrade Question

Hi Guys, I've been running on Kingston DDR3-1333 2gb x2 for few years now and i'm thinking of upgrading from 4gb of ram to 8gb.

I am confused, with the different pricing of the rams available for purchase. Take this for instance, Kingston 4gb module 2x4gb=S$72, whereas the hyperX is S$122. Both ddr 1600MHz but why the price difference?

Kingston 4GB Module - DDR3 1600MHz S$36
Kingston HyperX Genesis - 8GB Kit* (2x4GB) - DDR3 1600MHz CL9 DIMM S$122

On a budget of S$100 thats why being picky with the price difference. Could help with some recommendation too

Maybe one has dual channel and the other dont?

If you are hardcore gamer. Then get the HyperX.

oTherwise just get a budget RAM.

Believe me, nothing much different.

if not value rams.

after all, rams are rams, they serve one purpose.
