Random crashes, blue screen and auto restarting

My specs is stated --->
I'm using Win 8.1 64bit

Recently i've encountered alot of random crashes, blue screen and auto restarting while i'm surfing the net, loading some program or playing games. System will occasionally hang at the window boot screen or restart itself.

I've set everything to its default clock.

The error stated in the blue screen always differ from one another. Here are the list that i've taken note of
1)unexpected kernel mode trap (win32k.sys)
2)IRQL not less or equal
3)thread exception not handled
and many more.

I've never encountered this problem before, it was only recently. Any help?

sounds like ram problems. try running memory test tool like memtest?

i heard that 8.1 have compatibility problem with some driver. try to reformat your com or try running other os like win 7 and try to see is it more stable

Take out your ram and clean the gold finger with eraser.
